Social Work Consulting

As a company, the Center for Human Potential shares with you a commitment to provide high quality services to people who are admitted to Utah's residential communities. These individuals are often some of the most vulnerable and disenfranchised in our community, and it is vital that they receive the care that they need. Social workers, and others in the social services department, play a crucial role in the assessment and delivery of care from admission until discharge. The Center for Human Potential is pleased to be able to offer social work consulting as part of our efforts to help meet the needs of people in residental care.
The social work staff of the Center for Human Potential are full-time employees and are available at predictable and regular hours. They are well versed in the State and Federal regulations as well as in the DOPL rules. We are also at the forefront working with the University of Utah and the Utah Healthcare Association to further define the role of social work in residential care.
As a company, the primary interest of our work in residential settings is improving the quality of life for those who live there. We have chosen to do that by offering a broad continuum of care that includes counseling, psychological testing, neuropsychological testing, medication management and social work consulting services.
